Our Standard Maintenance Clean is designed for homes that are cleaned on a recurring basis. Whether you schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks, we'll help keep your home fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy.

• Empty trash and replace liners 
• Straighten and tidy the areas being cleaned.

• Spot clean cabinet fronts.
• Clean the exterior of appliances.
• Clean the microwave (inside and out).
• Clean and sanitize the sink and faucet.
• Spot clean the backsplash.
• Wipe the dining table and chairs.
• Sweep and mop the floor.

• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers.
• Clean mirrors.
• Wipe countertops and fixtures.

• Make beds (if fresh linens are left out).

To keep your maintenance clean efficient and consistent, the following services are not included unless quoted separately:

• Laundry.
• Washing windows.
• Cleaning blinds
• Cleaning inside china cabinets.
• Moving heavy furniture.
• Cleaning behind washers, dryers, or other large appliances.
• High areas requiring a tall ladder.

Customize your cleaning with additional services, including:

• Interior oven cleaning.
• Interior refrigerator cleaning.
• Interior cabinets and drawers.
• Load or unload the dishwasher.
• Hand wash dishes (homes without a dishwasher).
• Interior windows (where available).
• Pantry organization.
• Other custom services discussed during your estimate.
