Our rates are based on your specific needs, the condition of the space, the frequency of cleaning, and the type of service required.

Maintenance is a surface basic cleaning.  Deep cleaning consists of more detailed clean including baseboards, walls, cabinets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, refrigerators, ovens etc.

Depending on your needs the average clean takes 2-4 hrs with a team of usually 2-3 cleaners.  The first clean alway takes the longest. 

We offer flexible cleaning schedules based on your needs. We can recommend a frequency that fits your lifestyle or business needs. Our available cleaning schedules include:

Weekly
Bi-Weekly
Monthly
One-Time 

We offer several cleaning packages to fit your needs and budget

BYOC (Build Your Own Clean)

You pick the rooms you would like cleaned for ex. high traffic areas kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.

Split Cleaning:

Each visit we concentrate on specific levels or areas

Yes, we provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. 

If you have a preferred product we are happy to use your products.  We understand people have allergies and preferences.

At A Cleaning Pear we have a very small team.  You will get the same team of cleaners at each visit.  

Yes, payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Check, Cash

We understand that plans change. We encourage you to work with us to reschedule your cleaning for a better day within the same week. 

If a rescheduling is not possible and you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply. We strive to be flexible, and open communication helps us avoid disruptions.
