Because every home is unique, we don't offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Our rates are based on factors such as the size of your home, its current condition, the areas you'd like cleaned, the frequency of service, and any add-on services you choose.

We provide free, no-obligation estimates and will walk through your home with you to create a customized cleaning plan that fits your needs and budget. With our Build Your Clean option, you only pay for the areas and services you choose.

 A Standard Maintenance Clean is designed to maintain a home that's already in good condition. A Deep Clean is a more detailed service that tackles built-up dirt, dust, and grime and is recommended for first-time clients or homes needing extra attention. 

 The length of each cleaning depends on your home's size, condition, and the services you've selected. We'll provide an estimated timeframe during your free estimate. 

We offer flexible cleaning schedules based on your needs. We can recommend a frequency that fits your lifestyle or business needs. Our available cleaning schedules include:

We offer several cleaning packages to fit your needs and budget

BYOC (Build Your Own Clean)

You pick the rooms you would like cleaned for ex. high traffic areas kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.

Split Cleaning:

Each visit we concentrate on specific levels or areas

 Yes! We provide our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer that we use specific products in your home, you're welcome to provide them. 

At A Cleaning Pear we have a very small team.  We strive to have the same team of cleaners at each visit.  

Yes, payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Check.  

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee will be waived if your cleaning is rescheduled and completed within the same week.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team's scheduled time. Our cleaners reserve time specifically for your home, and advance notice allows us the opportunity to adjust our schedule.
